Emerging into the scene as a new duo, DOWNLow (US) are no rookies to the nightlife scene. DJ’s Sebastian Vargas & Dex have joined forces to create a new house project. Based in Chicago, DOWNLow (US) is ready to make a strong impact in the scene, whether it be live at their shows, or with their music. The two have consistently been putting in work and it’s surely going to be heard in the next upcoming releases.
